A real estate transaction is a multi-layered process which requires constant and timely communication between clients and their Realtor.

     Having lived in the Springfield area for approximately 25 years, I have an in-depth knowledge of the local communities and what they have to offer. As your Realtor, I pledge to adopt your goals and do everything possible to ensure not only that you have a seamless transaction, but that your goals are met.

    I have a wonderful 10 year old daughter who attends Willard South Elementary School where her mother, my wife, is the Principal. An additional member of our family is a very large Doberman Pinscher named Trooper. I hold two Bachelor Degrees from Drury University and a Masters Degree from Missouri State University.  The favorite part of my job is when clients become lifelong friends.
